So I finally got around to scrapping the outdated code for the main deathbyvanilla site and going with a simple black on white style.
I also changed the forum theme for consistency.
If you visit any old deathbyvanilla pages, you will get the classic style until I manage to update the pages I decide to keep.
BKWR may make a comeback in a simpler form on the main page or on its own page. Either way, it'll probably be a flash player (if I can find one that'll work with SHOUTcast--I may have to spare some cash for that) and an external player listen link. If I revive the status text, I'll probably have to redo it from scratch.Edit: BKWR is making a comeback, the flash player is up and running on
deathbyvanilla and
Blue Gaffer, and the status text has been remade with caching of the info every ten seconds.
To do:
- Get SHOUTcast on a proper server.
- Remake the schedule code.
- Re-establish the rules and assign moderators to ensure they're followed.
- Re-populate the schedule and get things back in gear.
